Apartment Services

UTILITIES:

Renting an apartment at Prospect Plaza allows you to save time and money that would otherwise be spent on installation fees, deposits and applications for utility service. The day you arrive to move-in all of your utilities will be turned on (except your telephone and television). There will be no additional paperwork required.

Prospect Plaza charges each unit for basic utilities: heat, electricity and water on a flat monthly rate. This rate will not change during the term of the lease agreement. Prospect Plaza provides trash and sewer service at no cost to the tenant.

TELEPHONE, TELEVISION AND INTERNET SERVICE:

Residents are responsible for their own telephone and television service. These services may be purchased from any outside provider. There are telephone and television connections in the living rooms and bedrooms of each apartment. Prospect Plaza provides wireless Internet service to each apartment. The speed and availability of this service is subject to overall usage levels.

PARKING: FREE

Parking places per tenant: one (permit provided)
Additional space: as available for an additional fee.
