The Prospect Plaza Apartments are located one block from the Colorado State University Campus.

The apartment complex offers 180 furnished one and two bedroom and studio apartments with free private, on site parking. The large apartments have carpeting, mini-blinds, electric kitchens with dishwashers and disposals, tile showers with tubs, and air-conditioning in the upper level units. All apartments have complete furniture sets, including beds. There is a large central Laundromat in the complex.

Residents pay for water, heat and electricity in a flat monthly rate. * Prospect Plaza does not charge installation fees or deposits for the utilities and pays for sewer and trash service. Prospect Plaza pays for sewer, trash service. Prospect Plaza provides free wireless Internet service to each apartment.

PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED, except for birds or fish. All apartments are non smoking.

To rent an apartment at Prospect Plaza you must be enrolled at Colorado State University.

All prospective residents must complete an application and pay the application fee. A security deposit is required to rent or reserve an apartment. The deposit is refunded after the unit is vacated, less any cleaning or damage charges.

* Landlord charges basic utilities: heat, electricity and water to each unit on a flat monthly rate. This rate will not change during the term of the rental agreement.

No more than two unrelated people may occupy a two bedroom, however four related people (family) may occupy a two bedroom.
