The Prospect Plaza Apartments are located one block from the Colorado State University Campus.
The apartment complex offers 180 furnished one and two bedroom and studio apartments with free private, on site parking. The large apartments have carpeting, mini-blinds, electric kitchens with dishwashers and disposal, tile showers with tubs, and air-conditioning in the upper level units. All apartments have complete furniture sets, including beds. There is a large central Laundromat in the complex. All apartments are non smoking.
Residents pay for water, heat and electricity in a flat monthly rate. * Prospect Plaza does not charge installation fees or deposits for the utilities. Prospect Plaza pays for sewer, trash service
PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED and waterbeds are allowed only in the garden level units.
All prospective residents must complete an application and pay the application fee. A security deposit is required to rent or reserve an apartment. The deposit is refunded after the unit is vacated, less any cleaning or damage charges.
