Location

Prospect Plaza Apartments and Office Suites are located at 304 West Prospect Avenue in Fort Collins, Colorado.  Fort Collins is bordered to the west by the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and the east by the great plains and rolling hills of Colorado's agricultural belt. Driving distance between Denver and Fort Collins is approximately 65 miles (north) and 45 miles south of Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Directions:    From I-25: Take the Prospect Avenue (268) exit. Continue on Prospect Avenue for approximately 4 miles to College Avenue (Highway 287). Continue another 2 blocks west until you see Prospect Plaza on the north side of the street. The leasing office is located on-site.
